I would like to take a moment to tell you what a positive experience I had during the process of shopping for, and ultimately leasing a G37x with Chris Collins.  I have previously leased through Morristown BMW and Mercedes of Morristown and shopped  Paul Miller Audi for the last three new cars and never have I encountered such a patient and professional sales consultant as Chris.  I was comfortable with him immediately as he approached me in the showroom and was impressed by his no-pressure style and arsenal of knowledge about the product.  While I was out shopping the competition, Chris promptly answered my numerous calls and emails and was readily available to assist me without pressuring me in anyway.   I must admit that I was really torn between the BMW 335xi and the Infinity G37x. It was Chris' knowledge, expertise and approach that helped me make my final decision on the G37x. 
 
In a society where consumers rarely make time to commend good service, I thought it was important that you know what a great experience I had leasing my car through Chris.  You have an outstanding professional on your team who deserves to be recognized for the level of service he provides.

I bought an FX35 for my wife, desert copper color.  We just took a long vacation in our new car.  I was very pleased with the performance of this beautiful looking automobile.  Doing 2600 rpms at 80 miles per hour tells me the engine is built.  And the ride was smooth.  Everywhere we went the car turned heads.
 
The process of buying the car was enjoyable because I dealt with a pro.  Perry made the process enjoyable.  He did not play games with pricing.  He did not pester me.  He delivered.  That's about the highest complement I can think of for an auto sales rep.
 
I was leaning toward a Mercedes but the Mercedes sales rep didn't  follow up with me the way Perry did.  In the end, I am glad he didn't as I do believe we will be happy with our FX for many years to come.
 
If the after-purchase service is as good as the purchase process, we will be loyal Infinity, as well as Perry Snitkin, customers.

I have had many cars over the years, Cadillac, Porsche, Lexus and Infiniti' purchased over the years on both coasts.


Of all the saleman I have dealt with, by far Richard Rodriguez was the most professional.  Specifically, nothing, and I mean absolutely nothing, changed, or was slipped in, regarding the terms of the deal and what I had negotiated and agreed to before final signature.  

I say this because, in every other situation I had been in regarding the pre-sales negotiation with other dealers and salespeople, there was always something that changed at the very last minute.  Yes, I walked away from quite a few deals because of that, giving my business to another dealer instead.
 
I can not recommend enough that anyone considereing an Infiniti, should seek out salesman Richard Rodriguez  and Salerno Duane Infiniti.

My Infiniti G35x AWD is excellent; I can't recommend it enough.
