Sales rep was prompt, professional , courteous and answered alll of my questions appropriately . I felt comfortable after talking with him for only 5 minutes , and trusted his expertise . He was very patient and explained all details of the sale process in a way that I could understand. I loved that we were able to test drive the vehicle without being escorted by a sales rep. This allows us to be more comfortable as we test drive the vehicle. . A pleasant experience , entire staff was kind , friendly and professional.

Service and sales are great. Got there Saturday and had a delicious cup of fresh grinded and brewed coffee, sat in the TV room and caught up on my emails. Got a text my car was ready in 30 min....not a bad morning.

Fantastic experience as always. Knowledgeable and friendly people that make it a fun experience in getting a new car. I did the background and picking of the car online and on the phone with Bill Gusta which was really convenient and he was awesome throughout the experience. 2nd car from him and the experiences were consistently pleasant. Overall actual time in the dealership for delivery was an hour! Will return when it’s time to trade up.

Without an appointment we walked in to Salerno service dept. with an engine noise and walked out a little over an hour later with a new fan installed and a car wash. Josh was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. It is the best car repair experience we have ever had. And by the way the coffee machine was delicious.

I would have given a five but the price quoted over the phone for an oil change on my 2019 Q60 was $22.00 dollars less than the finale bill. $55.00 turned out to be $77.00 plus.

The sales representative was friendly and transparent, and was not pushy. I had multiple transactions rolled into one, with trading in a used car and returning a lease, and leasing a new car, all around a 60 hour work week. The sales representative checked in via text message throughout the week and prepared the entire transaction. All we had to was stop by to sign and pickup our new lease. What great experience in comparison to other dealerships.

I continually have an excellent experience when bringing my car to Salerno-Duane INFINITI for service. They are always friendly, efficient and easy to deal with and my car comes back sparkling!

The service work is all good, but the service reps never seem to know the prices for services when I ask. The last three times I tried to schedule services, the service rep either gave me wrong prices when scheduling the service on the phone or changed the price when I got there for the appointment. Several times I had to get the service manager involved to correct it. I can't understand how service reps, who have worked there for years, can't give me proper price quotes when asked for them.

No issues to report except a loaner car was not available. The team was able to perform my car service quickly, so it was not much of a hassle.

We came here to just browse for a sedan. We were veering towards the Acura TLX (which conveniently had a dealership right next to Salerno), but the customer experience and service blew me away. I mean, they have a CANDY STATION - who wouldn't want that? We eventually bought a QX80 and a Q50 from here two years ago, and we don't regret the choice! Lovely cars, and lovely staff too!

Everyone who walked past me while I waited for service to be finished offered help, explaination , or refreshment. In addition the work was Completed efficiently, and explained to me readily and clearly . Since my car had been repaired less than a week previously the service department was gracious with a discount. I’m a happy Infinity owner !I believe the manger who approved the work was “Andrew” cordial and helpful


Excellent customer service all around! I appreciate the friendly treatment by Allie and the follow-up call from Walter inviting me to call him with any questions or concerns. But, I've never had a problem with the service- feel it is solid and trustworthy. For a dealership, I think the prices are very reasonable, and being a long time INFINITI customer, I receive discount offers in the mail.
